Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Split Shipments
Orders may ship separately when ordering apparel. This is because we use a third party printing company for fulfilling apparel items.
This means:
- Your items may arrive in multiple packages
- Delivery times may vary between products
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers
This is especially common when ordering apparel along with tackle.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your order ships in multiple packages, each shipment will have its own tracking.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delays can happen that are outside our control. If your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
International Shipping
Canadian orders may be subject to GST/HST and a small Canada Post handling fee upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are not included at checkout.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at steelheadcandyco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
